Life Coaching, is practical, optimistic, self-empowering and action-oriented. You'll identify a specific change you want to make, something you want to do differently, a goal you have or a new habit or attitude you want to develop. Then we work together to make that happen as you become specific, focused and accountable. If there are obstacles in your way, we’ll work to take appropriate actions to overcome these hurdles.
We’ll speak weekly by phone, and there’s an e-mail check-in between sessions.

Oh. By the way, I do know some of what you go through as I spent over 15 years working in the entertainment industry. In my various jobs as producer’s 24/7 slave, agent trainee, development supervisor, stage manager/A.D.,etc., I’ve pretty much seen it all – and then some!
