HOLIDAY STRESS
Okay. We all know holidays can be stressful.... real stressful. So here are a few ideas so you can let go of some of it and become more centered, more relaxed, and make it through the holidays. Here we go:
TAKE A DEEP BREATH, call a friend, laugh often, ask others for help, take breaks, prioritize tasks, visualize a peaceful scene, massage tense muscles, reward yourself, meditate, count to 10, enjoy small pleasures, believe in yourself, be kind to yourself, cry if necessary, play games, play with animals, take bubble baths.
Also, TAKE ANOTHER DEEP BREATH, take a walk, get organized, do neck rolls, stretch often, learn to say "no," don't sweat the small stuff, reflect on the good stuff in your life, see problems as challenges, stop and smell the roses, build a snowman, screen your calls, give hugs, seek out positive people, read a good book, listen to your music, remember your successes, laugh often, pull our your gratitude list, AND DON'T FORGET TO TAKE A DEEP BREATH!
Come up with some of your own. Take good good care of yourself!
