How about if every day (well, maybe not weekends) you do one small courageous act. Do you want to write?- then write something, anything! If you're an actor, are you working on your craft every day? Who do you need to contact? Are you watching your automatic negative thoughts? Are you believing them?  You know what a small piece of courage looks like for  you -- OK?
